The topic of the final paper is "The process of planning and building a vacation home", which is fundamental the aim of the paper was to explain in detail the parts in the planning and construction processes and to present it graphically processes in order to see as clearly as possible the steps required to execute these processes. From the paper it can be concluded that in the initial planning process, it is impossible to work at the same time in several steps because they are related to each other by ideas or documentation, and it is necessary to wait for the completion of one in order for the other to begin, it is also better to wait the completion of the previous so as not to err forward, which is why it should go backwards which would result in additional costs and an increase in the time required to exercise. IN The beginning of the construction process also to be concluded, that the process takes place gradually step by step step all the way to the completion of roofing, after which it is possible to work in parallel several parts processes in which the completion of the construction of a holiday home is significantly accelerated. Through the work to conclude that the purpose of the process approach is to better understand the way of organizing work and make work more effective and efficient.
