This research describes how high-speed machining has improved the production and finishing. In addition, research has shown that the future of that same high-speed treatment is the transition from a treatment that uses means for a cooling, lubricant and flushing to a dry treatment. As can be seen below, this research is divided into seven parts, in the introductory part is presented the topic of the research it is presented a hypothesis, the second part deals with the history of high-speed processing, characteristics, the criteria it must satisfy, and the application of high-speed machining. The third part deals with components, tools and modern machine tools, as well as measuring tools to check the quality and accuracy of the machined surface. The fourth part of the research presents the dry processing of materials with all its advantages and disadvantages, so that you can easily move to the fifth part of the research, which is a comparison between processing that use SHIP and dry treatment to more easily confirm the hypothesis from the introductory part of this final paper. The next or sixth part of the paper represents the experimental part of the research, which is documented the fabrication of a reinforcement flange with blind holes, bolt and nut. In conclusion, the hypothesis of switching to dry processing was confirmed and that high-speed processing will play a large role in modern production in the future.
