Abstract
Ovaj završni rad se bavi ultrazvučnim ispitivanjima s fokusom na ispitivanje zavarenih spojeva. Osim uvoda u sam postupak zavarivanja s ciljem približavanja metode i očekivanih rezultata, u radu su opisane nerazorne metode ispitivanja materijala, navedene njihove prednosti i mane te prikazani neki od primjera upotrebe. Nakon obrade teorijskog dijela teme, kao cilj ovog završnog rada provedeno je ultrazvučno ispitivanje u Tehnomont brodogradilištu gdje je na primjeru prikazan postupak pripreme i kalibracije ispitnog sustava te sam rezultat ispitivanja uz zaključak. Ispitivanje je izvršeno na čeono zavarenom spoju čelika uz upotrebu kutne sonde. Postupak ispitivanja ultrazvukom izvršen je prema važećim standardima te iskustvu operatera u navedenom području rada.
Abstract (english)
This final thesis describes ultrasonic testing with a focus on the testing of welded joints. In addition to the introduction to the welding process itself with the aim of explaining both the method and the expected results, the paper describes non-destructive material testing methods, lists their advantages and disadvantages, and shows some examples of their use. After the theoretical part of the thesis, as the goal of this final work, an ultrasonic test on welded joint was conducted in the Tehnomont shipyard, with the presentation of preparation and calibration procedure for the test system used and the result of the test itself followed by a conclusion. The test was performed on a butt-welded joint on steel specimen using an angle probe. The ultrasonic test procedure was carried out according to valid standards and the operator's experience in the specified field of work.
