Abstract
Razvojem tehnologije 3D printeri postali su dostupniji široj populaciji, no i dalje velik udio korištenja 3D printera pripada industriji posebice prilikom izrade prototipa. U ovom radu prikazan je kratak pregled najčešće korištenih postupaka aditivne tehnologije zajedno sa njihovim prednostima odnosno nedostacima. Osim toga, istaknute su određene smjernice kojih se potrebno pridržavati prilikom 3D modeliranja za pojedini postupak. U praktičnom dijelu rada prikazan je cjelokupni postupak izrade prototipa. Koristeći 3D CAD program prvotno je izrađen model koji je proizveden uz pomoć FDM 3D printera.
Abstract (english)
With the development of technology, 3D printers have become more accessible to the general public, but a large proportion of the use of 3D printers still belongs to the industry, especially when prototyping. This paper provides a brief overview of the additive technology processes, together with their advantages or disadvantages. In addition, there are some guidelines that should be followed when 3D modeling for a particular procedure. The practical part of the paper shows the whole process of prototype design. Using the 3D CAD program, the model was originally created and then produced using the FDM 3D printer.
