Abstract
U radu je prezentiran proračun čvrstoće prednapregnutog vijčanog spoja opterećenog statičkom i dinamičkom aksijalnom radnom silom. Određene su elastične karakteristike vijka i podloge poput krutosti, odnosno podatljivosti pomoću dvije dostupne metode te je prikazano određivanje sile prednaprezanja vijka na temelju najveće dopuštene sile u vijku za zadani razred čvrstoće. Na temelju sile prednaprezanja određen je moment pritezanja pomoću pojednostavljenog inženjerskog izraza. Za usvojenu radnu silu prema preporučenom obrascu postavljen je kriterij čvrstoće te je provjereno statičko naprezanje. Za slučaj kada je ista radna sila nanesena dinamički, provjerena je dinamička sigurnost. Procedura je verificirana putem primjera proračuna te su doneseni odgovarajući zaključci.
Abstract (english)
This final thesis presents the strength analysis of a preloaded bolted joint loaded with static and dynamic axial external force. The elastic characteristics of the bolt and the member, such as stiffness and compliance, have been determined using two available methods, and the determination of the bolt preload based on the maximum allowable bolt force for a given strength class is presented. Based on the preload, the tightening torque is determined using a simplified engineering expression. A strength criterion was set for the external force adopted according to the recommended form and the static stress was checked. When the same external force is applied dynamically, the dynamic safety is checked. The procedure was verified with an example, and appropriate conclusions were adopted.
