Sažetak | Tim je manja grupa ljudi koja se najčešće sastoji od 15 do 20 članova, individue koje se mogu razlikovati po obrazovanju, strukama, odgovornosti i godinama, a njegovi glavni razlozi stvaranja jesu: razvijanje zajedništva, rast prilagodljivosti, heterogenost grupe, jačanje performansa itd. Spominjemo i koheziju koja je u našem slučaju sila koja povezuje tim, članovi su odani timu, osjećaju uzajamnu privlačnost prema ostalim članovima te vole sudjelovati u timskim aktivnostima, i zato za stvaranje uravnoteženog tima treba izabrati raznoliku skupinu ljudi (po obrazovanju, godinama, spolu, interesima, vještinama itd.) koja će moći stvoriti čvrstu grupnu dinamiku i ravnotežu. Prednosti timskog rada mogu biti subjektivne i objektivne; subjektivne se odnose na individuu koja se, radeći u uspješnom timu, osjeća zadovoljno te joj je razina stresa značajno niža u odnosu na druge tipove rada dok su objektivne prednosti brza i učinkovita reakcija grupe, viša kvaliteta rada/proizvoda, financijski probitak i efikasnost. Tri su bazične grupe znanja i vještina u timu: tehnička znanja, vještine rješavanja problema i odlučivanja te socijalne vještine (komunikacija općenito, gestikulacija, slušanje i slično). Komunikacijom počinje i završava baš svaki posao, svaki dogovor i svaki projekt, bez nje ništa ne može funkcionirati te o njoj ovisi atmosfera, suradnja, maštovitost, motivacija i ostale bitne komponente u timu. U okviru izrade ovog rada odrađen je intervju sa Darkom Privratom, osnivačem obrta REDesign films koji nam opisao kako timski rad funkcionira u praksi, o konfliktima i o njihovom uspješnom rješavanju. Ustanovljeno je da se snagom volje, velikom željom, ustrajnošću i snalažljivošću može stvoriti kompaktni tim i zato se samo oni koji posjeduju te karakteristike nazivaju uspješnim timovima. |
Sažetak (engleski) | The team is a small group of people, most often formed by 15 to 20 people, individuals who can differ in education, profession, responsibility and age, and the main reasons of why they are created are: developing community, increasing adaptability, group heterogeneity, enhancing performance, etc. We also talk about cohesion, which in our case is a force that connects the team, members are loyal to the team, feel mutual attraction to other members and love to participate in team activities, and ,therefore, when we form a group, it should have different types of people (education, age, gender, interests) this creates a balanced team. The benefits of teamwork can be subjective and objective; subjective refers to an individual who, while working in a successful team, feels satisfied and has a significantly lower level of stress than other types of work, while the objective benefits are a rapid and effective group response, higher quality of work / product, financial gain and efficiency. There are three basic groups of knowledge and skills in the team: technical knowledge, problem solving and decision making skills and social skills (communication in general, gesturing, listening etc.). Communication begins and ends every job, every deal and every project, nothing can function without it, and the atmosphere, collaboration, imagination, motivation and other essential components of the team depend on it. We also talked with Darko Privrat, founder of REDesign films, who described how teamwork works in real life situations, we also discussed conflicts and how to resolve them. In the end, we conclude that with willpower, great desire, perseverance and resourcefulness we can create a compact team and that is why only those who possess these characteristics are called successful teams |
