Abstract
U ovom radu identificiran je i modeliran trenutni proces obuke zaposlenika u poduzeću Carel Adriatic d.o.o. te je napravljena analiza postojećeg procesa temeljem prednosti i nedostataka te pomoću anketnog upitnika provedenog u samom poduzeću. Rezultati dobiveni analizom pokazali su kako se većina operatera nakon obavljene obuke ne osjeća obučeno za samostalan rad pa je stoga predložen novi poboljšani proces obuke. Na kraju rada dani su prijedlozi za kontrolu i nadzor novog procesa obuke. Kreirana rješenja mogu biti primjenjiva i u ostalim organizacijama koje se susreću s problemom stalnog procesa obuke novih zaposlenika. Uz pomoć procesnog rješenja kojeg rad nudi, praćenje treninga novih zaposlenika bit će jednostavno i efikasno čime se poboljšava kvaliteta obuke novih zaposlenika. Kvalitetno odrađenom obukom zaposlenik će u kraćem roku biti spreman za samostalan rad na kvalitetan i djelotvoran način.
Abstract (english)
This paper identifies and models the current process of employee training in the company Carel Adriatic Ltd. and an analysis of the existing process was made based on the advantages and disadvantages and using a survey questionnaire conducted in the company. The results obtained by the analysis showed that most operators do not feel trained to work independently after the training, so a new improved training process has been proposed. At the end of the paper, proposals are given for control and supervision of the new training process. The created solutions can be applicable in other organizations that face the problem of a constant process of training of new employees. With the help of the process solution that the work offers, monitoring the training of new employees will be simple and efficient, thus improving the quality of training of new employees. With quality training, the employee will be ready to work independently in a quality and effective manner in a shorter period of time.
