Abstract
Na tržištu visokoškolskog obrazovanja djeluje veliki broj visokoškolskih institucija. Sukladno tome da bi visokoškolske institucije poslovale moraju se natjecati sa konkurencijom i boriti se za naklonost budućih studenata. Kako bi ostali konkurentni na tržištu potrebno je segmentirati potrošače u ovom slučaju studente koji upisuju ili su upisali visokoškolsko obrazovanje. U ovom radu napravljeno je istraživanje te je definirano 7 segmenata studenata koji upisuju visokoškolsko obrazovanje. Istraživanje se provodilo putem ankete gdje su definirane sve koristi koje studenti vrednuju prilikom upisa visokoškolskog obrazovanja. Nadalje u radu su objašnjeni svi segmenti te je nakraju izveden zaključak.
Abstract (english)
A large number of higher education institutions operate in the higher education market. Accordingly, in order for higher education institutions to operate, they must compete with the competition and fight for the favor of future students. In order to remain competitive in the market it is necessary to segment consumers in this case students who enroll or have enrolled in higher education. In this paper, a research was made and 7 segments of students enrolling in higher education were defined. The research was conducted through a survey where all the benefits that students value when enrolling in higher education are defined. Furthermore, all segments are explained in the paper and a conclusion is finally drawn.
