Abstract
Znanje, kao potencijal ljudskog kapitala, a radi svojih karakteristika, postaje novi ključni faktor poslovanja i napretka poduzeća, te iz tog razloga poduzeća moraju biti svjesna važnosti ulaganja u obrazovanje zaposlenika, zapošljavanje kvalitetnih kadrova, sustav ocjenjivanja zaposlenika kao i njihovih rezultata rada te nagrađivanje kvalitetnih zaposlenika. Ulaganje u ljude i znanje, kao i u nematerijalnu imovinu osnovni su preduvjet uspjeha. Znanja koja ljudi posjeduju puno veća nego što se koriste u poslovnim sustavima, te se ta znanja mogu mjeriti i uračunati u dio ukupne vrijednosti poduzeća.
Abstract (english)
nowledge, as a potential of human capital, and due to its characteristics, becomes a new key factor in business and progress of the company, and therefore companies must be aware of the importance of investing in employee education, hiring quality staff, employee evaluation system and their performance and rewarding quality employee. Investing in people and knowledge as well as in intangible assets are a basic prerequisite for success. The knowledge that people possess is much greater than that used in business systems, and this knowledge can be measured and included in a part of the total value of a company.
